Comment by In addition to having 5 charges on the latest PTR build, the mats have changed. In both cases, it took less than 20 minutes to get the schematic to drop in one case it took only 10 minutes.

Plus it isn't hard to fly around on a epic mount and find all these mats on mining nodes, I only needed to buy one khorium bar to make 2 of these on the PTR.
