Any ideas? The two ports are independent of each other, and could be set up differently. Verify that the parameters are correct. Same on ports at both ends of the cable. Default for the Micro is 19, baud, 8 data bits, odd parity. Verify that your cable is correct. Thnks Russ, I took a couple screen shots.

I had changed the timeout on port 1 when I had a borrowed key last week, cant change it back until I recieve my new one. It is coming fedex ground and has been sitting in Chicago since Saturday.
