Apt set to manually installed

Viewed 2k times. It was always nice to see which packages I manually installed using apt install. Because I could then remove the packages I no longer need. But I can't find a command working on debian buster with apt version 1. Maybe someone can provide a command showing all manually packages without their dependencies.

But it also includes many default packages like sed , apt or init. The command outputs packages. I did not install more then 20 packages manually.
